8. Are Tariffs, Customs Fees, or Import Taxes Applicable?
In some regions, additional tariffs or customs fees may apply. Our fulfillment center may label packages as low-value or as gifts to help minimize any additional charges. If these fees apply, they are the responsibility of the customer.
9. What Happens if I’m Not Home When the Delivery Arrives?
If you’re not available, any household member can accept the package on your behalf. If no one is home, the courier will usually leave a collection slip, allowing you to pick up your parcel from your nearest post office.
